Fill in the info where it says Add POP e-mail account. Then click Add. Leave the Mailbox quota blank. If you give yourself a quota, your mailbox may fill up unexpectedly. 
Now to access your new email account go to:
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
(change yourdomain.com to your own)
The username will be the FULL email address including the @ sign.
The password will be whatever you set up.
