These are tutorials will help you to be able to set up your email account(s) and configure your email client to receive/send emails. Please note: We offer only the possibility to automatically install third party software such as outlook. We DO NOT support it. The only support for email that we offer is if you are using a domain based email account and accessing it through http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail.
How To Access Email
Once you have actually created a domain based email account using the tutorial below, read it through webmail which would be http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail (replace yourdomain.com with your own). The username would be your actual email address and the password would be whatever email password you set up when you created the email account.

Contact Page Email If you click on Site Settings inside your storeadmin, you can see what email address is used as the "Admin Email". Whatever you put there is where your emails will be sent to when someone uses your contact page to contact you.
NOTE: If you can receive emails but cannot send them, you may have to use your local ISP's SMTP outgoing email settings when configuring an email client. Also, be sure you are using your full email address ie., you@yourname.com as the username when setting up your email client. Do NOT use your CPanel username as the username when setting up your email client.
