Accept Credit Cards With Propay
 
PappaShop recommends Propay for someone just starting out who has never had an ecommerce site before. Their fee is a low yearly fee and the transaction fees are comparable to Paypal fees. You will have to process credit cards manually through a Propay account (virtual terminal) instead of having the payment processing automated. They do have a $3000.00 per month restriction as far as how much money in credit card sales you can make but when you reach that point, it is probably time for another type of merchant account such as the one listed on this page. Until that time, you might consider giving Propay a try. Your Mals cart will remain a free cart with Propay!

PappaShop and Mals-e Credit Card integration

There is two ways we can set this up.
1) We could set up your mals-e to collect the credit card info at the time of purchase - you would need to log into your Mals-e account and retrieve credit card info - then log into your virtual terminal and enter the credit card information there. We can set this up with your basic mals-e account (free).

2) We could set up Mals-e to process the charge directly with your merchant account, this method requires a Premium Mals-e account. I believe mals-e charges $8.00 per month for the premium account.

To upgrade your Mals-e account, Log into your mals-e account and on the right side you will see premium under that it says Click here to upgrade this account to Premium! - click and sign up. As a bonus you can take advantage of Mals-e Shipping calculators (USPS, UPS and FedEx) these are included with a Mals-e premium account.
