I have been a customer for a couple months now, and before I
signed on, I asked questions of the staff and I read the comments that other
satisfied customers had written. But nothing compares with my own personal
experience. I am so glad that I have chosen to go with pappashop. The features
of my website never cease to amaze me. I had a website before this, and I paid
through the nose for it, and the service was unacceptable. The person that
created my site was a nightmare. I dreaded contacting her for the things that
only she could provide. In fact I had a problem trying to transfer things over
to you. Reluctantly I just disgarded my site (money down the drain) and chose
everything from you guys. I have never received so many compliments about the
looks of my site. I showed as a country site, even though I am
contemporary--something that my previous provider ignored. It took so long to
get my site, I just put up with whatever she gave me, I didn't want to wait
another 6 months for it. I am actually getting orders! I was blown away at the
capabilities of my pak. I love the receipt function, I JUST LOVE EVERYTHING
ABOUT MY SITE. I do however, have regrets: that I didn't know about you from the
beginning. I went with 2 other website providers before signing with pappashop,
and again, you get what you pay for. One company I had to contact paypal in
order to cancel my account, the person refused to acknowledge my cancellation
request, and when he was contacted by my paypal and required to acknowledge my
request, he sent me a nasty email expressing his disappointment in my
cancellation. So thank you for everything-- and I do mean everything! I get so
excited when I look at my site, I want to see it as potential customers do, I
have received really nice comments by means of my guestbook, and emails as well.
I hope you continue to expand and provide top notch service. 2 thumbs up!

Your site is so user friendly, I can't tell enough people about how wonderful PappaShop has made it for me. Thank you so much! I just thought I'd say something about PappaShop, I was with Prostores and was never happy with my site. I couldn't make it look like I wanted, nor could I set it up for viewing a larger picture of my jewelry. When I came across PappaShop while browsing at Lampwork Artists beads, I notice that many of them were with PappaShop and all their sites were really beautiful. I click a link and look over what you had to offer and fell in love with many features PappaShop offers. The cost was fabulous, the Free website templates were beautiful, the features were fantastic! Needless to say, I can see with the wonderful responses from and quick responses from the customer service dept. I made the right choice!

I spent months researching and shopping for a web site host. Every single one had templates, of course, but they were all cookie cutters. Not at all what I wanted, yet I know very little html (truly just enough to be very dangerous!). Then I discovered PappaShop! Very reasonable fees... cuter, more individual feeling templates (that are super easy to customize)... extremely easy to use ecommerce software (unlike most of the rest) ... easy to use tutorials (customized to your level of expertise). And what you don't know until you sign up is the best of all: excellent customer service. This is where PappaShop really shines. The support staff have knowledge, experience, patience, good humor and more... all necessary ingredients to assist when needed and encourage confidence that you really can be your own successful webmaster. Do yourself a favor and try PappaShop. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!

By the way, I ADORE my PappaShop service. It took me three different hosts to get here - I went through some horrible problems with a couple of them - excessive down time, slow loading, etc. I never have problems like that with PappaShop and I've been recommending you to everyone I know with a website. The true test - my mother's computer is ancient and she has horrid dialup service. She could never even look at my website because none of the pages would load for her. Since I've switched to PappaShop, she visits my website all the time and says the pages just pop right up for her, super fast. Thank you so much - having reliable web hosting means one less thing to stress over in an already too busy schedule. :)

So far I'm getting familiar with how everything works and really like how simple you have made owning a e-commerce website. I had no skills to start and finally crept my way through how to do everything. Loading products is a dream, much easier and faster than listing on E-Bay. I added a link to my website from my E-Bay site last Friday which resulted in a sale already. My first official sale!!!! PappaShop is the best e-commerce solution I've found. Before I switched to it, I spent many very frustrating weeks trying to get a website set up using OSCommerce and others. I signed up for PappaShop thinking I'd give their 30 day money-back guarantee a try, and was so relieved when they had my website up and running the very next day, already configured just how I needed it. I had my own custom template working in 24 hours, which left me doubly relieved. Other e-commerce that I've tried were so much more difficult to customize that I'd honestly wasted weeks trying to figure them out. PappaShop's software is just so easy to work with, and it functions wonderfully. The customer support is top-notch, too. I can't recommend PappaShop enough. I finally have a website!

Honestly, how much can one person glowingly gush about a company, its owners, and staff? Multiply that amount by 1,000 and that's how much I love PappaShop! After a bad experience, I wasn't sure I wanted to try my luck on a Web site again. I kept reading message boards, checking out hosts and services, and still... nothing really popped out at me. No one had everything I wanted and needed. Then one fateful day, I was browsing around the Internet and came upon a Web site I really liked. I clicked on the PappaShop hosting notation at the bottom, and the rest, as they say, is history! The PappaShop staff are THE BEST... bar none. They'll answer every question you might have, and then some. Their tutorials are great, and the ease-of-use of PappaShop in general is amazing. I'm particularly thrilled with the fact that I can change photos, text, categories, etc. myself... whenever I want to even on a Mac! PappaShop is second-to-none in its offerings, and again, I've been looking around for a VERY long time! I keep telling Jocelyn and Alex that they have to promise they're not going anywhere, because Fun Wedding Things will be with them forever as a client! They're simply the best in ALL aspects of Web hosting... PERIOD!

I am an incurable do-it-yourselfer. Baked my own wedding cake, designed the logo for my husband's restaurant, and thought I could throw together a bangup website. I did a small one for our restaurant using FrontPage and my ISP's free space. But that one was easy. My jewelry and bead site was NOT. I have hundreds of pieces to list. Before I got even a fraction of my jewelry loaded, I had far exceeded the space that Comcast allowed me. So I began looking for hosting, comparing details from many hosts all over the web. Not only is PappaShop the most reasonably priced game in town, their support is second to none. After just a few hours with help from PappaShop, my OWN design came to life with more bells and whistles than I ever could have added myself, and theirs is the most user-friendly software imaginable. When I've had questions, they've been answered promptly and thoroughly, and I just couldn't be happier. My site is shaping up beautifully and it's EXACTLY the look and feel I wanted, since it's my design! Joce and Alex are such good hosts, I can only imagine the dinner parties they throw! :o Honestly, I can't recommend PappaShop more highly. They have been just perfect for me.

I love my new website! I started to get all set up with another host, but I was at a stand still when it came to setting up and integrating the shopping cart into my site. A friend let me know about Pappashop and I was up and running in less than a week! I quickly read through the knowledge base, and only had to ask a couple more questions which were always answered with fast, friendly service. I love that I have a professional looking site with special details that make shopping easier for my customers. I never would have had a site that looks and works like this had I done it on my own.

I've had websites made with Frontpage by me, hosted on Freemerchant years ago, and with at least 6 different hosts, all with "user friendly" controls. This is the first where the web host actually walked me through everything, and I know for a fact that he will email back with answers to questions. Want to display your photos a certain way? **poof** it is done. Want a funky way of calculating shipping? ***poof*** They not only understand your pain, but can make it go away and rig up a way to do what you want! Happy, happy, joy, joy!! I already had a design/template I was using and liked.. But they have been very nice about helping me change aspects that I didn't like I'm playing with new buttons now. I know people who have paid thousands for their sites, and I suppose you could find some starving graphic/web artist who might be cheaper for the design part, but if you want something gorgeous/functional/with pizazz and know that it will not only do everything you can think of...but tons that you never even thought of....go with PappaShop!!! I only wish I had found them in July when my site crashed and burned. I'm rebuilding this week with PappaShop, and it is taking perhaps 1/5 of the time as on my current host.
