If you would like to cancel your account and have it restored at a future date, you would need to first download a backup file for your site. Do this before submitting a cancellation request! We do not keep backup files for terminated accounts. This file would be your responsibility.
To download a backup file of your site for future restoration, log into your Cpanel
Click on the Backup icon.
Click the button that says Download A Full Website Backup
Store this file on your hard drive and if you ever want to restore your website with PappaShop, you would just need to submit a support ticket and attach that file so we can restore your account.
