Will you change the MX record for my domain based email?

If you have a hosting account here at PappaShop and have a domain based email account, our servers are used to route your email. We offer webmail as a way to access, read and write email from your domain based email account. Some people want the MX record for their email account changed so that another host will route their domain based email. While we do offer to change the MX record for you if you request it changed, keep in mind that once this is done, your email is no longer routed by our servers. This also means that we no can no longer offer support for any problems you have concerning email such as; webmail, Mals-e notifications, website order notifications and website comments to name a few. So be absolutely certain when you request an MX record change. Once this is done, you will need to contact the company you changed the MX records to and ask them for assistance when you have any email issues.
