Make sure you have selected the template that you want and apply it. Now your site will use that template for all pages. If you don't see that happening, go to Website / Pages and edit each page that is not displaying the new template. Scroll down to where it says "Optional Theme" and make sure that is set to "Select Template". Then click Update. Now that page will use the template you applied by default.
