Adding Pop3 Email to Hotmail

Loginto your Hotmail

Click on Inbox

Click on Options

Click on More Options

Click "Send and receive mail from other e-mail accounts "

Click "Add an e-mail account"

Click "Advanced options"

E-mail address: You@yourdomain.com

POP3 user name: you+yourdomain.com

Password: youremailpassword

Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

UNCHECK - This server requires a secure connection (SSL)

(if you have an SSL you can leave it checked - uncheck if you are not sure)

UNCHECK - Leave a copy of my messages on the server

(if you leave it checked you will have to log into your webmail to clear out the emails frequently)

Click NEXT

You can have your domain based email go to a specific folder by selecting "A separate folder, called"

or you can have it go to your inbox

Click SAVE
