If you click on Site Settings inside your storeadmin, you can see what email address is used as the "Admin Email". Whatever you put there is where your emails will be sent to when someone uses your contact page to contact you. You would also use this email address to retrieve a lost storeadmin password when clicking the Forgot Your Info link on the storeadmin login page.
