To cancel a domain name or to not have it automatically renew, please follow these instructions.
Log into your client area https://www.pappashop.com/whmcs/clientarea.php
- Click on Domains
- Click on My Domains
- Find your domain listed and click the button to the right that says Active
- Click on Auto Renew
- Click the button that says Disable Auto renew ( if auto renew is active )
