Chances are there's not enough room in the content area of your template. To fix the cart problem, you can do one of two things. Either set the Order Process to Normal Window instead of Inline Frame by clicking on Catalog Setup in your storeadmin or adjust the cart width in Mals-e.
- Log into your Mals account
- Click on Cart Setup
- Click on Customize
- Click on Font, Alignment & Background
- Set the Cart Width & Alignment
- Click Update Settings
