Weird lettering and symbols showing up in my product descriptions

The strange lettering appears in your product descriptions because the descriptions were originally typed up in a word processing program and pasted into the html editor. The html editor does not read word processing coding well. You would need to type descriptions up in an html editor or in the built in editor itself.
