While you do have the ability to forward email, once an email leaves PappaShop's server, what happens from that point on, is beyond our control or help. We have no control over how your other email provider handles (or mishandles) incoming email. Therefore we really don't recommend forwarding at all. We cannot provide proper support for anything outside of PappaShop.
The absolute best way to handle your email is to access, read and write emails from within webmail through Horde.
