This is how you would ban an IP from your site.
- Login to your Control Panel. (Cpanel)
- Click on the IP Deny Manager icon.
- Type in the IP address and click Add.
Please keep in mind, if the user is on dial up, each time they restart their computer they have a new IP address. Users on cable, DSL, ADSL have static IP addresses which do not change often.
