Order information is being cut off - how to remedy.

If you have an order from a customer and you can only see 10 out of the 12 items ordered, chances are the title and / or attribute titles are too long. Mals holds all the order information but only relays back a certain amount of characters. To fix this problem, try shortening your product titles and /or your attribute titles.

For example, instead of saying 9 inch by 12 inch sheet, shorten that to 9x12 inch sheet.

Please Note: Even though you cannot see all of the order on the order information in your storeadmin or on the packing slip, you can still log into your Mals-e account, click on Orders / List Orders and display the details of that order.
