I've been with PappaShop for nearly 10 years. Service (when rarely needed) is quite prompt and courteous. The software is kept up to date, and the hosting plan is generous....I have yet to run out of room despite thousands of products in the store and hosting 3 blogs. Integration with Mals-e is simple, and you have many options of payment, plus the option of calculated shipping (that automatically updates when the post office changes rates!). I cannot recommend PappaShop enough to anyone who wants super easy setup, but the control to modify if wanted, and less stress over their online shop. I'm a very happy customer, and so are my customers!

I've been a Pappashop customer for about 5 years, and I've built a couple of websites with their system. I've never had my website go down due to server issues, and my support tickets are always answered quickly. For someone with a small e-commerce startup business, their Site Builder is a great place to start with a surprising number of features, and an easy-to-learn control panel for content and design. They have a nice selection of templates to choose from, and there are also a number of web designers who create site designs specifically for use with Pappashop's system.
When my business had grown to a point that I needed to redesign my site to implement more features, it never crossed my mind to leave Pappashop. There are a lot of hosting companies out there, and I wanted to avoid the big name corporate giants. I prefer to support smaller businesses, and I've never been disappointed with the level of customer service I've received.
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the Pappashop team for being an exceptional hosting company.

Over the years I have tried several hosting and store fronts. I was hesitant to give Pappa Shop a try when I read they did not offer phone support. I thought oh no handing support through emails would result in days getting a issue resolved. I have contacted them several times (nothing serious) over the past few days with questions about the set up etc and have received quick response (each time within a few hours). I love how easy the process of setting up the shop, adding items, design etc is. Great company, great customer support. No regrets on going my decision to give them a try.

Our website has been hosted by PappaShop since the beginning. Exceptional customer service, easy to understand answers to our technical questions, as well as a level of professionalism rarely found these days are just a few of the reasons our company chooses PappaShop for our internet services. I have had a website with Pappashop for about 5 years now, and need another one. I thought let me try someone else. Well it wasn't long before I could not get this site up even after paying people to help me. I dropped them and went to another. Couldn't get that up either after 2 months..I was told to watch You Tubes, and when I went to cancel they wanted to charge me for my free domain that was transferred to them. I had enough frustration and lies from other sites. I'm going to get my second site here today. My only suggestion to Pappashop is to have their videos larger. You can hardly see them and if they had audio that would even be better.. Thank you for being so user friendly

As a website designer, I have tried all merchant sites out there. From small ones to known sites and out of all, I decided to signup with Pappashop for my new design studio. The cost is inexpensive, they don't charge setup fees at all which is unbelievable and great! Aside from the affordability, the customer service is AWESOME. Fast and reliable. To be honest I was REALLY impressed, I'm in the Philippines and assuming that the time difference is 12 hours, they answered my question within minutes! I submitted the ticket, cooked my late breakfast and when I checked my email, there it is! An answer! Usually, with other hosting services, it would take hours for them to answer, but not Pappashop. Keep up the good work, Alex!

He responded very quickly, which is difficult considering I am in Europe and struggle with different time-zones from the States. His explanation fixed my issue. The only reason I wouldn't give a 10 is that his instructions were a little difficult to follow and I had to do several trial and error attempts based on my intretation of his instructions. Almost Perfect!

I am so impressed and grateful for the patient help from Alex - and during a weekend, too! The tutorials are excellent, but it was his prompt suggestions and help that are helping me to move forward (finally) on the completion of my website. Thank you so much. I'm in the process of doing a second website through PappaShop. Actually, I am cleaning up my Beloved Husband's mess after he signed up with another company. He started building his website with this other company on his own, after I TOLD him to try PappaShop. I told him I had a lot of success doing my website through PappaShop. I told him PappaShop was inexpensive, easy to use, and the customer service was AWESOME, especially for someone like me who had NO EXPERIENCE. But did he listen to me?!?!?! Nuuuuuu! After two and a half months of struggle and $600 (YES SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS!) of charges from this other company, I have taken control of his website and we are moving it all over to PappaShop. After we get his website up and running I will be doing a third website with PappaShop. I tell everyone I know to just go to PappaShop and don't bother messing with the other companies. You'll be happy you did! And your marriage will be better too! LOL!
