Adding Google Analytics Code To Your Template

Make sure you put the script that Google gives you in the template your main page uses.

Log into your storeadmin
Go to Website / Template
Click on the "Add Custom Theme" link
Paste the code Google gave you towards the very bottom of your templates's html just before the closing body tag </body>
Click Update When you are finished.
