If you need to protect your domain from getting transferred away. Follow these steps:
- Log into the client areahttps://www.pappashop.com/whmcs/clientarea.php
- Click on domainsClick on view details
- Check the box that says “Registrar Lock: [ ] Enable registrar lock (Recommended). Unauthorized transfer will be prevented if lock is set.”
- Click on Save Changes
