Forgot Storeadmin Password

If you cannot get into the storeadmin using "admin" for the username and the password we sent you or the one you might have changed it to, go to your storeadmin page and click on the Forgot Password link. Type in the email address that is in your site settings area (this would be the one your contact page uses) and click on the "Reset Password" button. This will send you an email asking you to verify the password reset.

Once you click on that link in the email, you will be sent another email with a new temporary password in it. Once you log into your storeadmin, click on the Password link on the lower right hand side. From there you can reset your password to whatever you would like.
